Items must remain in their original condition with all designer tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all security tags and brand labels are intact to maintain eligibility for processing.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
